  27.      _W_a_l_l reads its standard input until an end-of-file.  It then
  28.      sends  this message, preceded by `Broadcast Message ...', to
  29.      the syslog window and all rlogins on each machine.   If  the
  30.      --ll  option  is  specified,  only users on the local host are
  31.      notified. If the --rr option is specified, only syslog windows
  32.      are  written to.  The --vv option will inform the user whether
  33.      or not each machine successfully received the message.
